School starts this coming Monday for most of us in a College or University and in my opinion, the first day is always the most exciting. New teachers, new class mates and new schedules, so why not new outfits, too!
On our student budgets, it's hard to shop until we drop, especially for those dream items we've been craving. I've made a list of what I believe should be necessities for heading back into the classroom after a long winter break. It's most likely cold, unless you're in Miami, so go treat yourself to a fun new coat. The one I've featured is probably out of all our budgets, but I am totally obsessed and will find a way to recreate one myself, for a lot cheaper. I'm a huge advocate for pretty lips, so make sure you have some lipstick in your cute new tote bag. When it comes to relaxation, light a few candles in your room. At art school, the work piles up and stress is a daily feeling. Burn a pretty Diptyque candle and let yourself relax, for at least five minutes if possible!
Going back to school should be fun and exciting. Try not to stress with the textbooks and supplies, remember why you love where you go and how great it's going to be to see you're friends. Go to your closet and pull out an amazing winter outfit that will make you the center of attention in your new classes. There are so many fun accessories on the market that will help make the cold, new year a lot more bearable, so make sure you go out and treat yourself!
